TheECheck.com merchants are restricted to a maximum sixty day dispute window for payments using the check clearing infrastructure. Eight US States offer the sixty day dispute window and the remaining forty-two states only have thirty days to dispute payments. Instead of going to your bank and paying a fee to dispute your claim.
